Safe and responsible gaming
Let Gaming Be Enjoyable, Not Stressful
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — keeping it that way is bk699's responsibility. We believe every player's experience should be safe, transparent, and responsible. To that end, we have put in place several important safeguards that you can use at any time.
While playing on our platform, keep in mind — this is not a means of earning income, but a form of entertainment. Set a budget for yourself before you play and stay within that limit. If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, seek help right away.
bk699 always provides services to individuals aged 21 or above. Preventing underage access to our platform is one of our primary commitments.
The Key to Control Is in Your Hands
bk699 provides the following tools to help you manage your own gaming habits.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the period ends — this protects you from overspending.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, activate the time-out. Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks and restore your peace of mind.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. During this time your account will be completely deactivated and no marketing messages will be sent.
Bet Limit Setting
Set a limit on how much you wager in a single bet or within a specific period. This helps you play in a planned way and avoid impulsive decisions.
Reality Reminder
If you have been playing for a long time, a message will appear on screen reminding you how long you have been playing. Stay in control of your time.
Age Verification
bk699 is for people aged 21 and above only. Identity verification is mandatory at registration — underage access is strictly prohibited.
The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Enjoy gaming, but stay within limits. Following these core principles will keep your experience positive at all times:
- Set a fixed budget before each gaming session and do not exceed it.
- Do not place extra bets to try to recover lost money — it only increases your losses.
- Do not make decisions while under the influence of alcohol or anything else.
- Do not prioritize gaming over time with work, family, or friends.
- Take regular breaks — avoid long sessions.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income; it is a form of entertainment.
⚠️ Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, seek help immediately:
- Being unable to stop playing or repeatedly trying and failing to do so
- Hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends
- Borrowing money or spending savings to cover losses
- Gaming causing problems with sleep, work, or family relationships
- Relying on gaming to escape mental distress or depression
- Continuously increasing bet amounts but no longer finding enjoyment
